I've been super sensitive to fabrics lately and can't wear anything too tight, especially in my sensitive areas. I got the Cuccia Mabel brief in a size large and I have not been bothered by the elastic at all, the fabric is soft to the point where I hardly notice it on my body. I'm in love.
